Summary
The Business Analytics Skills for the Future-proof Supply Chains (BAS4SC) project is being carried out by an international consortium of partner universities with the goal of modernizing through the development of students’ analytical competencies.
Between September 2024 and September 2025, a series of workshops were organized to test the teaching materials and training modules C1–C3. These workshops, held in Poznan, Celje, and Osijek, featured lectures, practical exercises, decision-making games, case study analyses, and student competitions. Both students and faculty members had the opportunity to apply analytical tools in practice, evaluate the materials, and exchange experiences.
The project finale in Poznan brought together all the outcomes of the workshop series. It included the second stage of the BAS4SC competition, as well as presentations and expert panel sessions exploring the use of business analytics, digital simulations, and machine learning in modern supply chains.
The BAS4SC workshops created a coherent cycle for testing and refining the teaching materials, laying the foundation for their future implementation across the partner universities.
