BAS4SC in Osijek: Pilot of the C2 Module – Workshops for Students

The Business Analytics Skills for the Future-proof Supply Chains (BAS4SC) project has entered its testing and pilot phase. This time, workshops with students and academics from partner universities were held from April 7–11, 2025, in Osijek, Croatia, at the Faculty of Economics and Business of Josip Juraj Strossmayer University.

The goal of the meeting was to verify and test the teaching materials developed for the C2 module, which focuses on business analytics in supply chain management. Students and academic staff from the project’s partner institutions took part in the workshops.

Throughout the five-day event, participants attended a series of lectures, hands-on workshops, decision-making games, and case study analyses covering all ten chapters of the tested textbook. The sessions encouraged the exchange of experiences, teamwork, and the use of modern analytical tools applied in logistics. The program concluded with a student competition based on the C2 module materials, followed by a joint evaluation session, during which participants shared feedback and suggestions for further improvements.

The workshops in Osijek represented another key step in testing the learning outcomes and preparing for the full implementation of the BAS4SC teaching materials across partner universities.
